Ariella is a graduate of High Point University in North Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Communications with a minor in Political Science. She kicked off her recruiting career right after graduation and knew it was the path for her. Leaning into her passion for people and cultivating relationships, Ariella brings bright energy when working with candidates and approaches her work with a strategic, people-first mentality to find the perfect match.
On a Personal Note
Ariella grew up between New Jersey and Florida. Now in New York, she spends her free time exploring new restaurants with friends and enjoys an occasional weekend trip back to Florida for a dose of sunshine. A lifelong gymnast and soccer player, Ariella recently picked up running and is training for the NYC Marathon.
