Senior Compensation Associate

About the Company:
Our client is a leading alternative investment firm with over $160 billion in AUM. The firm invests in credit, fixed income, venture capital, and real estate companies.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation systems management; ensure data integrity for employee compensation information
- Design reports and summaries for use by all levels within the organization
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Support senior compensation team and liaise with HRBPs, managers and employees throughout the organization
- Prepare and analyze offer letters for new hires
- Manage firm policies and employee participation in long-term incentive vehicles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-6 yeas of experience in a related role
- Prior experience at a financial services firm a plus
- Ability to manipulate, manage, and formulate data in Excel
- Poses a solid understanding of financial concepts
Salary Range:
$80,000-$125,000
