Administrative Assistant

About the Company:
Our client is a privately owned real estate company that develops, owns, and manages sustainable and diversified properties and investments. The Administrative Assistant will support a specific department at the firm and will report directly to the head of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar support and management; proactively schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders and resolve any conflicts
- Provide meeting support; create agendas, take meeting minutes, handle logistics by booking conference rooms
- Assist in the preparation of department reports and presentations
- Make travel arrangements and book flight/hotel reservations
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and department charges
- Work closely with the head of the department on special assignments/projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of previous admin experience
- Proficiency in Yardi, Concur, and SignNow
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary Range:
$70,000-$90,000
