Administrative Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is a privately owned real estate company that develops, owns, and manages sustainable and diversified properties and investments. The Administrative Assistant will support a specific department at the firm and will report directly to the head of the department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar support and management; proactively schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders and resolve any conflicts
  • Provide meeting support; create agendas, take meeting minutes, handle logistics by booking conference rooms
  • Assist in the preparation of department reports and presentations
  • Make travel arrangements and book flight/hotel reservations
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and department charges
  • Work closely with the head of the department on special assignments/projects

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of previous admin experience
  • Proficiency in Yardi, Concur, and SignNow
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

 

Salary Range:

$70,000-$90,000
