Tax Senior

About the Company: 

Our client is a national public accounting firm hiring a Tax Senior with hedge fund experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee hedge fund tax compliance engagements for clients
• Research of tax legislation and explaining the impact to asset management clients
• Coordinate multiple engagement teams’ schedules and deadlines
• Manage and oversee junior staff members

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years of experience
• Proficiency in partnership allocations and an understanding of private equity carry waterfalls
• Practical understanding of international tax concepts

Salary Range:

$80,000-$100,000
