Senior Fund Accountant

About the Company:
Our client is a multi-billion dollar private equity firm that invests in media and entertainment businesses. The Senior Fund Accountant will have exposure to a wide array of teams at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Prepare and review quarterly accounting packages, financial statements, and various ad hoc deliverables
- Assist with with year end audits and tax filings
- Prepare and review capital allocations and capital contribution and distributions including carried interest calculations
- Manage responses to investor requests and prepare the necessary queries
- Enhance and automate operational processes and participate in technology initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 7-12 years of fund accounting experience
- Private equity experience required
- Experience with Investran a plus
- Advanced Excel skills required
Salary Range:
$185,000-$225,000
