Senior Compensation Analyst

About the Company:
Our client is a real estate services firm offering a full suite of services and products which includes investment and loan sales, debt and structured finance, agency leasing, property management, and workplace and occupancy strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR to review and approve new hire offer packages
- Assist in evaluating, tracking, and processing broker commissions, draws, forgivable loans and other compensation related payments
- Ensure payments are accurate and on time
- Research and respond to compensation related requests
- Assist with all operational aspects of the annual compensation planning processes and the maintenance of compensation plans in the firms database
- Assist compensation managers with salary and bonus proposals and prepare materials for senior leadership reviews
- Ensure the accuracy of current and historical employee data
- Assist in developing and implementing new processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, business, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in a related role
- Experience with contract or commission-based compensation preferred
- Experience with macros, vlookups, and pivot tables
Salary Range:
$110,000-$130,000
