About the Company: 

Our client is an investment firm with over $13 billion in AUM dedicated to the healthcare industry. From the start-up phase to fully developed companies, they invest in life sciences, medical device companies, digital health, and more.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage complex calendars for members on the team
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car service, dinner reservations, and other necessary items
  • Manage and track expenses for each team member and execute monthly expense reports
  • Prepare and print presentations, memos, and documents
  • Organize and attend team events
  • Complete ad-hoc special projects and presentations as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-4 years of admin experience supporting a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organization

 

Salary Range: 

$95,000-$115,000
