About the Company:
Our client is a real estate investment, development, construction, and asset management firm operating on a national scale. The Administrative Assistant will support the leadership team at the NYC office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls including tenant requests and tenant issues
- Provide operational support to all office employees
- Serve as a gatekeeper to ensure timely and appropriate management of all inquiries
- Manage/sort all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order office supplies and ensure a well-maintained office
- Maintain and update various databases
- Monitor the technology inventory and manage repairs with external IT vendor
- Help organize and manage company events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of office management/admin experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and deadline management skills
Salary Range:
$70,000-$85,000
