Fund Reporting Analyst

About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative asset management firm with $35 billion in AUM with investment strategies including fundamental equities, corporate and structured credit, real estate debt and equity, merger arbitrage, and private investments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the fund regulatory reporting process
- Review of GAAP financial statements prepared by the third-party administrator
- Prepare the month-end close process for the firm’s hedge funds including investor capital
allocations, allocations of profit and loss, management fee calculations, investor incentive allocations, and reconciliation to the fund administrator - Prepare reporting for fund performance, AUM, revenue and expenses, as well as other ad hoc deliverables to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-6 years of experience in both public accounting and private fund accounting
- Asset management experience required
- Knowledge of private funds regulatory reporting
- Strong knowledge of investment company accounting, partnership accounting and the investor capital allocations process
- Knowledge of Enfusion a plus
Salary Range:
$90,000-$120,000
