About the Company:
Our client is a leading asset manager within the digital assets industry that offers a variety of public and private investment products.
Responsibilities:
- Perform selected operational functions for various investment products
- Create and maintain operational workflows and procedures
- Liaise with the firm’s service providers including its transfer agent, external counsel, banking, and brokerage partners
- Assist in the maintenance of investor records and data
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operational framework and processes
- Assist in the implementation, performance, and documentation of internal controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of investment management operations experience
- Experience at a financial services company
- Experience related to SOX 404 internal control compliance
- Series 7 preferred
Salary Range:
$75,000-$95,000
