About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm with over $85 billion in AUM investing in companies globally across all industries and stages of development with a focus on helping them scale. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining general partner financial information.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and allocations of GP entities and other carried interest vehicles
- Prepare the cash planning analyses and forecasts for CFO and executive management
- Prepare and review quarterly reporting for Partners, Principals, and Vice-Presidents
- Facilitate capital call automation program for professionals in cooperation with lending banks
- Coordinate with investor services team regarding transaction correspondence and quarterly reporting
- Prepare requests from current and former carried interest participants, other departments, and external parties
- Support of year-end external audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- CPA required
- 3-4 years of related accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical skills
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
