About the Company:

Our client is a global alternative asset manager specializing in companies undergoing mergers and acquisitions, distressed and restructuring companies, and special situations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and planning departmental functions
  • Oversee department calendar and organize meetings and calls
  • Create and maintain pitch books and other marketing materials and drafts
  • Process monthly expenses
  • Book travel
  • Lead office operations
  • Issue daily P&L report
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of related admin experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Concur
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience with event planning

 

Salary Range: 

$95,000-$110,000
