About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative asset manager specializing in companies undergoing mergers and acquisitions, distressed and restructuring companies, and special situations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and planning departmental functions
- Oversee department calendar and organize meetings and calls
- Create and maintain pitch books and other marketing materials and drafts
- Process monthly expenses
- Book travel
- Lead office operations
- Issue daily P&L report
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of related admin experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Concur
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience with event planning
Salary Range:
$95,000-$110,000
