Rana graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2023 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Creative Writing. Rana previously worked in event coordinating, where she organized memorable experiences and fostered meaningful connections. Driven by her love for working with people, Rana knew early on that she wanted her own career to be in a people-facing role where she could leverage her interpersonal skills to make a positive impact. Her journey led her to become an Analyst at Arrow, where she can help candidates reach their own career goals in a dynamic environment that prioritizes mentorship and nurturing valuable relationships.
On a Personal Note
Rana spent the first 12 years of her life in upstate New York before moving to western Maryland. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, traveling to new places, and reading a good book.
