Human Resource Analyst

About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM with a focus on global real estate. The Human Resource Analyst will be responsible for data management, reporting and analytics across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing offer letters, distributing new hire packets, and ensuring required paperwork and other onboarding materials are returned in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports, and metrics including the preparation of org charts and company-wide contacts
- Produce and deliver reports and dashboards and respond to ad-hoc requests based on business needs
- Manage HR compliance with I-9 forms, labor law posters, employee training and other federal and state requirements and maintain electronic personnel files
- Track and process data changes and assist with import files within the HRIS system
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of HR experience
- Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting tools
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to build relationships and act as a resource for employees
Salary Range:
$80,000-$90,000
