About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm with $10 billion in AUM investing on behalf of pension plans, wealth funds, endowments, and high-net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all guests; ensure all visitors are entered into building security system
- Answer and direct all calls
- Ensure conference rooms and general office is clean and presentable
- Maintain conference room calendar
- Order and stock general office materials
- Assist with event planning
- Manage and process expense reports using Concur
- Organize weekly catering as needed
- Assist in scheduling and sending calendar invites as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Financial services experience preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range:
$65,000-$75,000
