Responsibilities:
- Maintain conference room schedule
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Virtual and in-person meeting coordination and calendaring
- Facilitate domestic and international travel when needed
- Manage and track expenses for reimbursement
- Coordinate catering and assist with equipment set-up
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of admin experience
- Previous experience in financial services preferred
- Able to handle confidential information
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$70,000-$85,000
