Expense Analyst

About the Company:
Our client is an investment adviser with over $20 billion in AUM focused on investing in global credit and special situations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform expense reporting
- Analyze data to provide trends, identify anomalies, recommend action
- Review invoices for proper allocation, categorization, and authorization
- Own month-end close and reconciliation processes
- Review complex expense allocations and ensure accuracy
- Assist with budget and forecasting processes
- Reconcile, fund, and record intercompany payments
- Provide payment processing coverage as needed
- Participate in projects to implement, test, and design enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Experience working with an ERP/general ledger system
- Advanced Excel skills including use of pivot tables
- Able to organize and synthesize data
Salary Range:
$90,000-$135,000
