Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM with strategies across industry sectors and asset classes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms
- Process expense reports
- Assist with file organization, prepare meeting materials, research requested information
- Coordinate candidate interviews for specific teams
- Filter and respond to emails
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of related admin experience
- Experience booking travel
- Experience working with fast-paced teams within financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary Range:
$100,000-$110,000
