About the Company: 

Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM with strategies across industry sectors and asset classes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Process expense reports
  • Assist with file organization, prepare meeting materials, research requested information
  • Coordinate candidate interviews for specific teams
  • Filter and respond to emails
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of related admin experience
  • Experience booking travel
  • Experience working with fast-paced teams within financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

 

Salary Range:

$100,000-$110,000
