Since inception, Arrow has operated out of numerous co-working spaces starting with WeWork and then most recently Convene since 2019. Our time in these spaces were filled with great memories where we were afforded flexibility, tremendous amenities and the ability to constantly expand into larger offices.
The time has now come for Arrow to embark on a new chapter in a modern, custom-designed space they can proudly call their own. 275 Madison Avenue was constructed in 1931 and is steps away from The New York Public Library and Grand Central Station. The new office, nine months in the making, was entirely renovated and purpose-built to meet the firm’s evolving needs. Featuring an open floor plan with state-of-the-art workstations and technology, the new space encourages seamless communication and collaboration among recruiters. It includes multiple meeting rooms, private offices, executive lounges, a conference room, phone booths and a premium kitchen and common area. This new environment reflects Arrow’s commitment to fostering a dynamic, high-performance culture as they continue to expand in New York and across the country.
