About the Company:
Our client is an activist investment firm investing in underperforming companies to increase shareholder value. The Executive Assistant will be part of an admin team supporting the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a complex calendar including scheduling meetings, appointments, zoom meetings, and travel arrangements
- Collect contact information in all email exchanges with external individuals
- Maintain and update EA manual to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Monitor and manage email correspondence, prioritizing messages and responding in a timely manner
- Coordinate internal and external communication with investors, analysts, partners, and team members
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights and accommodations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of experience as an EA in the financial services industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience booking domestic and international travel preferred
Salary Range:
$125,000-$135,000
