About the Company:
Our client is an investment advisor with over $20 billion in AUM with a focus on global credit investing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with budget and forecasting processes and liaise with cross-departmental budget owners
- Review complex expense allocations and ensure accuracy
- Establish new expense allocation methodologies and tracking for new funds and entities
- Review invoices for proper allocation, categorization, and authorization
- Own monthly close and reconciliation processes for assigned entities
- Reconcile, fund, and record intercompany payments
- Participate in projects to implement, test, and design enhancements and upgrades to ERP/general ledger system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2-3 years of public accounting experience
- CPA or parts passed
- Strong Excel skills including experience with pivot tables
- Ability to mine, organize and synthesize data, identifying key information
Salary Range:
$90,000-$105,000
