About the Company: 

Our client is an independent firm specializing in financial and growth strategies for ultra-affluent individuals. Their expertise lies in optimizing investment accounts and providing tailored solutions to enhance financial liquidity and long-term asset protection. The Administrative Assistant will assist with office management tasks as well as provide direct support to the Principal and other executives.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide heavy calendar management for the Principal as well as two other executives as needed
  • Provide travel coordination for the Principal and family members
  • Schedule personal appointments for the Principal
  • Provide light property management for a guest property in NYC
  • Manage and organize office supplies
  • Restock and manage office kitchen supplies
  • Sort, file, and distribute mail in-office and for guest property in NYC
  • Manage firm’s vendors
  • IT coordination for new hires
  • Event planning for quarterly outings and annual holiday party
  • Provide in-office coverage for other EA’s as needed
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Experience handling PA tasks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and meet deadlines on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$110,000
