About the Company:
Our client is a family office supporting businesses across various stages, from early growth to mature enterprises, spanning industries like healthcare, education, and renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the firm’s portfolio monitoring system
- Establish and manage standardized workflows for deal closings and portfolio company onboarding
- Design and implement improved reporting and funding processes
- Establish governance frameworks and financial controls
- Drive or assist with financial planning and forecasting processes
- Partner with accountants and bookkeepers
- Manage complex cap tables and equity documentation
- Provide analytical and due diligence support for investment decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience within Big 4, fund admin, and/or transaction advisory services
- Experience with Carta or other equity management platforms
- CPA or parts passed
- Knowledge of PE and VC strategies
Salary Range:
$100,000-$125,000
