About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented investments in the middle market and supports businesses in sectors such as government services, healthcare, and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars for the CEO and the President
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the investment team
- Submit expense reports
- Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, catering, and other specials events
- Manage tasks proactively and efficiently to ensure continuous coverages for all supported staff
- Complete ad-hoc administrative projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of high-level admin experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
