About the Company:
Our client is a financial technology company that specializes in connecting wealth managers and investors with access to alternative investment opportunities, simplifying the process through a streamlined platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting of the firm’s consolidated key financial performance indicators
- Assist in preparation of the company’s annual budget process across key financial performance indicators and volume-based inputs and activities
- Assist with monthly analysis and insights into variances between budget vs. actual results and client analytics and forecasts
- Perform sales analytics to support the business development and growth of the firm globally
- Support the end-to-end preparation of monthly management and quarterly board reporting packages including consolidation of financial statements, budget vs. actual results and revised forecasts, variance analysis and compilation of the company KPI reports
- Develop key financial and performance metrics dashboards with detailed analytics
- Assist in the implementation of new software’s, platform reporting automation, and financial planning and analysis tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, management consulting and/or accounting experience within the financial services industry
- Familiarity with private market investments
- Experience with planning and ERP tools
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- CPA or CFA preferred
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
