About the Company: 

Our client is a private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented investments for middle market companies. The Executive Assistant will assist a Partner at the firm.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and prioritize an ever-changing calendar and handle the scheduling of all meetings and appointments
  • Answer and screen phone calls and e-mails daily
  • Organize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning duties
  • Arrange travel needs through the internal travel department and create complete travel itineraries for all trips
  • Manage, organize, and maintain accurate files
  • Ensure critical matters get due attention
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience as an EA in the financial services industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience booking domestic and international travel preferred

 

Salary Range:  

$110,000-$125,000
