Administrative Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM specializing in global real estate and alternative assets, focusing on high-growth markets and strategic acquisitions. The Administrative Assistant will provide flexible administrative support across different departments.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and manage calendars
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including room reservation, equipment set-up, and meeting material preparation
  • Creating, maintaining, and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Process expense reports in Concur
  • Distribute mail to appropriate team members and process outgoing mail as necessary
  • Arrange all travel for executives including flights, hotels, car rentals, and car services through the travel desk
  • Answer all phone calls and assist directly when possible

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of admin experience
  • CT notary a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$110,000
