Associate Recruitment Manager

About the Company: 

Our client is a top international law firm known for its expertise in handling complex, cross-border legal matters across a wide range of industries to support clients on critical matters from strategic deals to high-profile litigation.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee law school outreach including sponsorships, mock interviews, and student programming
  • Manage on-campus interview registrations and manage direct application submissions
  • Oversee candidate travel and review/approve travel expenses
  • Manage the callback invitation process, scheduling interviews with candidates as well as overseeing the scheduling of in-office and virtual interview meetings
  • Plan, implement, and drive efforts to increase and improve firm visibility and firm brand at targeted schools
  • Work with the recruiting team to plan and manage summer associate on-boarding and orientation
  • Work with practice area leaders to identify and analyze lateral hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with legal search firms
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets related to summer associates, law student, and lateral attorney recruitment and attorney on-boarding initiatives

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7-10 years of experience in legal recruitment
  • Prior experience managing a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of firm personnel/lawyers
  • Ability to manage, organize and implement detailed and complex projects

 

Salary Range: 

$140,000-$175,000
