Our client is a top international law firm known for its expertise in handling complex, cross-border legal matters across a wide range of industries to support clients on critical matters from strategic deals to high-profile litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee law school outreach including sponsorships, mock interviews, and student programming
- Manage on-campus interview registrations and manage direct application submissions
- Oversee candidate travel and review/approve travel expenses
- Manage the callback invitation process, scheduling interviews with candidates as well as overseeing the scheduling of in-office and virtual interview meetings
- Plan, implement, and drive efforts to increase and improve firm visibility and firm brand at targeted schools
- Work with the recruiting team to plan and manage summer associate on-boarding and orientation
- Work with practice area leaders to identify and analyze lateral hiring needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with legal search firms
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets related to summer associates, law student, and lateral attorney recruitment and attorney on-boarding initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10 years of experience in legal recruitment
- Prior experience managing a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of firm personnel/lawyers
- Ability to manage, organize and implement detailed and complex projects
Salary Range:
$140,000-$175,000
