Executive Assistant

About the Company: 

Our client is an investment firm with over $13 billion in AUM dedicated to the healthcare industry. From the start-up phase to fully developed companies, they invest in life sciences, medical device companies, digital health, and more.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and events
  • Schedule conference rooms, AV support, catering, and manage guest check-in
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground service, dinner reservations, and other necessary items
  • Manage, track, and submit expenses for team members
  • Prepare and print presentations, memos, documents, and booklets
  • Provide coverage to other executives when necessary

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of related admin experience
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives at an investment firm preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience coordinating and booking travel preferred

 

Salary Range: 

$110,000-$135,000
