About the Company:
Our client is an investment firm with over $13 billion in AUM dedicated to the healthcare industry. From the start-up phase to fully developed companies, they invest in life sciences, medical device companies, digital health, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complex calendars
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and events
- Schedule conference rooms, AV support, catering, and manage guest check-in
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground service, dinner reservations, and other necessary items
- Manage, track, and submit expenses for team members
- Prepare and print presentations, memos, documents, and booklets
- Provide coverage to other executives when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of related admin experience
- Prior experience supporting senior executives at an investment firm preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience coordinating and booking travel preferred
Salary Range:
$110,000-$135,000
