Our client is a healthcare-focused private equity firm that partners closely with management taking an operationally focused approach to building businesses through strategic acquisitions and organic expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all investment team scheduling, planning, and departmental functions
- Oversee calendar management, travel logistics, and expense reporting
- Maintain CRM system including capturing daily meetings/calls
- Assist with preparing marketing materials
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Work with building management and facilities as necessary
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment including supply management and vendor management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of office administration and executive admin support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with various CRM solutions a plus
- Basic understanding of financial services and private equity or desire to learn
Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000
