Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage a complex calendar including meetings, travel, and events
- Prioritize scheduling requests and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Prepare detailed itineraries and briefing materials for meetings and travel
- Draft and edit communications including emails, letters, and presentations
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries with logistics, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Manage compliance program reporting requirements for executives
- Support special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10 years of EA experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with calendar management systems and travel booking platforms
- Strong research and data analysis capabilities
Salary Range:
$160,000-$180,000
