Our client is a dynamic financial services firm focusing on innovation and client-first solutions in order to deliver personalized strategies across investment, planning, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Form, dissolve, and maintain corporate entities in multiple jurisdictions
- Obtain good standing certificates and monitor state and local annual filing requirements
- Draft and track written consents, resolutions, and other corporate governance documents
- Coordinate collection and submission of tax-related documents and KYC documentation
- Monitor and follow-up on amendments, waivers, and consent documentation
- Coordinate execution of signature pages and notarizations
- Support transaction closings including preparation of closing deliverables, closing checklists, and post-closing binders or closing sets
- Track real estate loan reporting obligations and compliance requirements
- Oversee ongoing corporate maintenance and documentation for portfolio companies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of relevant paralegal experience in a corporate, financial services, or private equity environment
- Familiarity with corporate governance procedures, legal entity management, and regulatory filings
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize across multiple projects
- Experience with legal entity management systems and data platforms a plus
Salary Range:
$110,000-$130,000
