Our client is a private investment firm combining capital, strategic insight, and engineering capabilities to build and scale complex businesses. They manage diverse asset strategies and collaborate closely with portfolio companies on operational, simulation, and engineering infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Process onboarding, job changes, terminations, and benefits-related transactions
- Coordinate and track pre-hire steps
- Verify I-9 documentation for employees
- Create and maintain custom audit reports for internal HR use and compliance tracking
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and requests for leave of absence
- Maintain and update employee data
- Conduct routine data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies related to employee records, benefits, compensation, and organizational structure
- Support cross-functional HR projects and partner with internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of related HR experience
- Experience within financial services preferred
- Proficiency in Excel including experience with advanced functions
- Experience working with an HRIS platform
- Able to handle sensitive information confidentially
Salary Range:
$90,000-$100,000
