About the Company: 

Our client is a global alternative investment firm employing a multi-manager model, allocating capital across a broad array of independent teams with diverse strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars for the senior team members
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence, screen calls, and manage inquiries
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to manage and execute various projects
  • Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively propose solutions to keep initiatives on schedule
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in streamlining workflows and processes to improve efficiency

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination/management and executive support
  • Experience working directly with senior executives
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

 

Salary Range: 

$120,000-$130,000
