About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative investment firm employing a multi-manager model, allocating capital across a broad array of independent teams with diverse strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for the senior team members
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence, screen calls, and manage inquiries
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
- Collaborate with senior leaders to manage and execute various projects
- Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively propose solutions to keep initiatives on schedule
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Assist in streamlining workflows and processes to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination/management and executive support
- Experience working directly with senior executives
- Financial services experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Salary Range:
$120,000-$130,000
