About the Company:
Our client is a multi-strategy investment firm with a focus on fundamental and quantitative approaches across a range of asset classes and emphasizes performance and long-term capital preservation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with company management, research analysts, and other stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between the investment team and external contacts
- Maintain internal records including meeting notes, contact databases, and research summaries using shared platforms
- Support logistics for in-person meetings including conference room reservations and visitor coordination
- Assist with team reporting, research distribution, and other operational tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience as an admin or EA
- Experience in financial services strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
Salary Range:
$100,000-$115,000
