About the Company:
Our client is a private investment manager dedicated to the lower middle market offering a range of financing options designed to meet the needs of management teams and investors across a wide variety of industries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee accurate cash reconciliations
- Review workpapers and financials prepared by the fund administrator
- Review expense reports prepared by executive admin to ensure correct expense allocations
- Maintain fund returns file for each fund
- Work with investment team to track portfolio company output and calculate key metrics
- Maintain the master fund sheet driving our portfolio co-performance data
- Assist with fund audits and tax returns
- Assist with general fund operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of public accounting or fund accounting experience
- Strong financial reporting and data analytics skills
- Strong Excel skills
Salary Range:
$100,000-$125,000
