About the Company:
Our client is a diversified global investment manager specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate. With a focus on alternative assets, it seeks to identify unique opportunities across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain internal projection models to estimate earnings and manage the liquidity and leverage capital needs
- Build liquidity and risk management models from balance sheets that incorporates fund liquidity sources
- Prepare stress testing for investor redemptions, changes in market conditions, and compliance
- Prepare financial summaries, liquidity reports, and ROE analysis
- Support the execution of financing transactions including rating agency processes, revolver amendment activities, and unsecured bond offerings
- Manage credit facilities including monitoring of borrowing base and covenant compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Experience working in a BDC
- Experience with projection and liquidity modeling
- Ability to construct and analyze comprehensive three-statement financial projection models
- Working knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and its application to BDCs
Salary Range:
$150,000 and $250,000
