About the Company: 

Our client is a global investment manager that blends public and private market strategies with a focus on long-term growth opportunities across industries and regions. The Executive Assistant will support a specific team at the firm.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage calendars including scheduling internal and external appointments and coordinating with other assistants
  • Schedule various counterparty and analyst interactions, request analyst models, and coordinating various corporate access meetings
  • Maintain schedule for company earnings cycles and schedule call touchpoints
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservations
  • Complete detailed corporate expense reports including tracking receipts and reimbursements
  • Answer calls and act as a gatekeeper
  • Maintain and organize files
  • Take notes during meetings as requested
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires
  • Support firmwide gatherings including event planning and booking and onsite support

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of executive assistant experience supporting a team
  • Experience in financial services a must
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Concur
  • Strong attention to detail

 

Salary Range: 

$110,000-$150,000
