About the Company:
Our client is a global investment manager that blends public and private market strategies with a focus on long-term growth opportunities across industries and regions. The Executive Assistant will support a specific team at the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars including scheduling internal and external appointments and coordinating with other assistants
- Schedule various counterparty and analyst interactions, request analyst models, and coordinating various corporate access meetings
- Maintain schedule for company earnings cycles and schedule call touchpoints
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservations
- Complete detailed corporate expense reports including tracking receipts and reimbursements
- Answer calls and act as a gatekeeper
- Maintain and organize files
- Take notes during meetings as requested
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Support firmwide gatherings including event planning and booking and onsite support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of executive assistant experience supporting a team
- Experience in financial services a must
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Concur
- Strong attention to detail
Salary Range:
$110,000-$150,000
