Business Development Associate

About the Company:

Our client is a private investment firm with more than $100 billion in assets under management, focused on real estate and alternative investments across high-growth markets.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the sales team across all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to implementation and ongoing relationship management
  • Support activity tracking and execution for all communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Create, update, and maintain profiles including relevant call reports to ensure relationship continuity
  • Assist in profiling prospects, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client dinners or events
  • Contribute to the design and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly team activity and performance reports
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of business development experience
  • Experience within financial services a plus
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or ability to obtain
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems

 

Salary Range: 

$130,000-$175,000
