About the Company:
Our client is an alternative asset manager with global credit and equity strategies, with core strengths in asset-backed finance, litigation finance, and private credit. The Senior Associate will provide full lifecycle deal operations support.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve third-party reporting packages for cash settlement
- Maintain investment accounting book of records with third-party providers
- Build monthly portfolio review decks for post close investment oversight
- Monitor bank accounts, perform cash reconciliations
- Maintain and monitor deal pipeline
- Oversee cash positioning process for new deal fundings
- Assist with pre-close operational due diligence and KYC
- Assist with analysis and diligence requests on new deal structures, platforms, and warehouse facilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of related deal operations experience
- Experience with operational due diligence
- A background in litigation finance a plus
- Experience with BI platforms
Salary Range:
$120,000-$140,000
