With a focus on income-generating investments, it seeks to support companies with strong cash flows through strategic lending and structured capital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supply needs for all departments
- Oversee office activities and events
- Manages office related vendor contracts as well as multiple office leases
- Troubleshooting in office equipment and needs
- Support the accounting department by reviewing invoices against contracts, retrieving invoices and addressing related issues
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Assist with monthly credit card reconciliations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of related office management experience within a professional services environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Concur a plus
- Experience planning events
Salary Range:
$100,000-$115,000
