About the Company:
Our client is an alternative real estate investment manager focused on acquiring, managing, and developing industrial and logistics properties in major U.S. markets. The firm leverages data and technology to identify industrial assets sourcing off-market opportunities and aggregating them into diversified portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee tax and regulatory filings ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of all required tax returns
- Lead the monthly and quarterly close and process improvements
- Conduct variance analysis of financial results against budgets, forecasts, and actuals
- Review and prepare quarterly and annual financial statement packages including investor capital reporting
- Coordinate all aspects of fund administration
- Manage the fund summary in both the investment period and value creation stages
- Oversee the loan limitations compliance and covenant monitoring and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of public and/or private fund accounting experience
- Real estate/private equity experience preferred
- Knowledge of financial KPIs and private equity fund structures
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Salary Range:
$120,000-$140,000
