About the Company:
Our client is a private enterprise company operating globally across building materials, specialty chemicals, logistics, real estate, and strategic investments.
Responsibilities:
- Track key industry events, board meetings, and global travel logistics ensuring seamless coordination of domestic and international itineraries while anticipating scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
- Oversee complex calendar management, expense reporting, and reimbursement workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leadership, finance, legal, portfolio company teams, and external stakeholders
- Design, implement, and continuously refine operational processes driving efficiency, improving documentation standards, and ensuring consistency across workflows and reporting cycles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of related admin experience within a corporate environment
- Experience booking domestic and international travel
- Experience with event management a plus
- Strong project management skills required
Salary Range:
$100,000-$120,000
