Responsibilities:
- Welcoming, greeting, and directing guests both in person and on the telephone
- Answering main line and directing calls
- Assisting in general conference room scheduling
- Coordinating local messenger service for all office employees
- Sorting and distributing daily mail delivery
- Ordering general office supplies
- Occasional back up support for admins
- Perform ad hoc office administrative projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of corporate admin experience
- Excellent professional demeanor
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Salary Range:
$60,000-$70,000
