Responsibilities: 

  • Welcoming, greeting, and directing guests both in person and on the telephone
  • Answering main line and directing calls
  • Assisting in general conference room scheduling
  • Coordinating local messenger service for all office employees
  • Sorting and distributing daily mail delivery
  • Ordering general office supplies
  • Occasional back up support for admins
  • Perform ad hoc office administrative projects as needed

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of corporate admin experience
  • Excellent professional demeanor
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

 

Salary Range: 

$60,000-$70,000
