About the Company:
Our client is a multi-billion dollar global investment platform specializing in credit and real estate strategies, managing capital across a wide range of asset types. It focuses on uncovering value in complex markets, offering flexible capital solutions to meet diverse investment needs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with treasury to forecast and meet liquidity needs, manage financing facilities, and communicate daily cash requirements to lending institutions
- Review and resolve daily cash, position, and accrual reconciliations against counterparties and third-party administrators, ensuring accuracy and timely issue resolution
- Validate, book, and report P&L for structured products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal reporting standards
- Act as middle office point of contact for front office, borrowers, agents, and internal/external stakeholders supporting private credit facilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of revolver-type facilities including executing fundings under tight deadlines
- Review borrowing bases, cash flow waterfalls, and credit agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain full ownership of assigned processes, including data integrity, timely execution, and control adherence with proper documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of related middle office experience
- Exposure to private & public bank debt
- Proficiency in Excel with experience in VBA/Macros
- Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, and AI tools
- Experience with SQL and large datasets a plus
Salary Range:
$100,000-$125,000
