About the Company:
Our client is an investment adviser that focuses on acquiring and managing illiquid investment interests in the secondary market. The firm provides liquidity solutions to investors holding difficult-to-redeem or late-life fund positions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash reconciliation of accounts for all funds
- Prepare cash forecasting reports and maintain internal fund trackers for trade activity
- Set up payments and monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Review annual financials and quarterly NAV packages
- Prepare and distribute capital call/distribution notices and quarterly investor statements
- Track performance of underlying funds from monthly statements received
- Assist with tax filings and distribution of K-1’s to investors
- Act as a point person with external parties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 2-3 years of related finance operations experience
- Experience within public accounting, fund administration, and or small to mid-sized funds
- Strong Excel skills
Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000
