About the Company:
Our client is a global technology company that enables businesses to optimize the customer experience at the point of transaction. Its platform uses data science to deliver relevant offers, messages, and promotions during the post-purchase journey.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operational execution of global payroll cycles
- Own payroll related controls including SOX documentation and audit ready documents for the payroll process
- Act as a primary point of coordination for payroll audit requests and transactional evidence
- Improve payroll inputs including automation/validation where possible
- Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs, runbooks, and handbook documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10-15 years of payroll experience
- Experience with ADP, Deel, and other payroll platforms
- Experience with global payroll functions
- Experience maintaining financial operations and controls
Salary Range:
$155,000-$170,000
