HR Generalist

About the Company:

Our client is a multi-billion dollar credit focused asset manager managing funds for institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support with all onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain employee records in Workday
  • Support HRBP with materials for year-end processes including performance and promotions
  • Assist with extracting and organizing data to support initiatives including audit and management of team data
  • Act as a point of contact for reporting requests including managing headcount reporting/tracking, open roles, and other key requests
  • Manage the offboarding process for employees
  • Provide administrative support as needed for HR

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Experience in financial services preferred
  • Experience with Workday or related software
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

 

Salary Range: 

$90,000-$110,000
