About the Company:
Our client is a multi-billion dollar credit focused asset manager managing funds for institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors.
Responsibilities:
- Support with all onboarding of new hires
- Maintain employee records in Workday
- Support HRBP with materials for year-end processes including performance and promotions
- Assist with extracting and organizing data to support initiatives including audit and management of team data
- Act as a point of contact for reporting requests including managing headcount reporting/tracking, open roles, and other key requests
- Manage the offboarding process for employees
- Provide administrative support as needed for HR
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Experience with Workday or related software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
