Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and her Master of Arts in Communication and Business Leadership from High Point University in North Carolina before beginning her career in HR and internal communications. She spent several years building her experience in the healthcare industry, an environment where people and their passion directly shape the work around them. It was through that work that she developed a deep appreciation for what it means to have the right people in the right roles. She ultimately realized she wanted to channel that into recruiting, connecting candidates with opportunities where they could truly make an impact. She now leverages that passion to build meaningful connections that drive success for both organizations and the people within them.
On a Personal Note
Kristen grew up in Framingham, MA and spent several years in North Carolina before recently relocating back to the Northeast and settling in New York City. In her free time, she enjoys printmaking, fiber arts, baking, and exploring everything the city has to offer.
