About the Company:
Our client is an integrated property, asset, and construction management services firm. The organization combines hands-on operational expertise with advanced data analytics to optimize building performance, enhance asset value, and streamline project execution. Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple properties/entities
- Review and approve property-level financials and ensure GAAP compliance
- Review and approve property-level financial statements
- Oversee bank, security deposits, taxes, intercompany reconciliations
- Partner with team on variance analysis and NOI drivers
- Oversee A/P, A/R, and cash management processes
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and lender reporting
- Oversee preparation and review of NYC regulatory filings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10-15 years of real estate accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing teams nationally
- Experience with NYC filings including TC and RPIE
Salary Range:
$150,000-$200,000
